Pulp making process(use waste paper for example):
Raw material→ hydrapulper → thruster → pulp pump → vibrating screen → flotation deinking machine → inclined screen → pulp washing machine/ high speed washing machine → pulp consistency controller → desander/ high consistency desander/ low consistency desander → pressure screen → toilet/tissue machine

Paper making machine types:
Toilet paper machine can produce toilet paper, tissue paper jumbo roll.
Culture paper machine can produce white paper jumbo roll, include A4, A3 paper, copy paper, printing paper, newspaper, offset paper.
Kraft paper machine can produce carton box paper, corrugated paper, craft paper, test liner paper, carton board paper, etc.

Payment terms:
T/T(telegraphic transfer) 30% as deposit, and 70% balance paid before shipment.
- 30% T/T within 10 days after signing contract;
- 70% T/T before shipment;
- 100% L/C is also acceptable.
Delivery time:
Delivery time for smaller machine is 30~45 days after receiving deposit, bigger machine, it will be longer to make sure its equipment quality.
