Technical requirement
This machine is mainly used in the production of 13-45g/m2 wrinkled toilet paper ,tissue paper product after deep processing. Maximum paper width is 3600mm,working speed is 150-230m/min.
This machine mainly consists of mesh part, drying part, carpet washing and adjusting blanket part, transmission part, walking table part and reeling paper part.
The process is as follows: the pulp is entered into forming area by square cone general pipe, feed pipe, leveling device and so on. It is formed by means of pressure shaper in the cage position, adsorbed on the blankets on the top of the roller, and between the blanket and the dryer after the water tank is predehydrated. The paper machine is coiled.
