Bleached softwood kraft pulp machine reject separatorpaper pulp machine is used in paper pulp and wood pulp making process.

 

Design Feature

 

Under the normal pressure, the stock flows into rejects separator. Affected by the centrifugal force from highspeed rotating rotor, accepts are separated from the rejects by passing through the screen

plate. At the same time, with the rotating effect of the rotor, the accepts will flow into the next process and the rejects will be defibrillated again. Furthermore, the rejects will be flushed continuously with

water in order to recycle the stock in the rejects. Low consumption in energy and cost reduction. After processed, the rejects are with less fiber and less water.

 

The two dewatering section consists of twin-wire wedged forming dewatering filter plate and pressing roll unit. Its creative structure results in lower energy consumption during thickening (no vacuum is needed).
The press is controlled by PLC so as to keep the system operating more stably.
The loss of fiber can be reduced in white water.

Structure
 
Reject separator mainly make up by top cover, rotor, screen panel, pedestal, and rotating device.
 
Top cover: It is equipped with sparge pipe and guide tube for slurry
 
Rotor: Rotor is a hollow shaft with special structure, it has blade that are axial operation and helical cleaning board arranged alternately. The blade is used for beat and tears tail slag, and the cleaning board can cleaning the screen panel efficiency to keep the screen panel unimpeded.
 
Screen panel: Screen panel appear to half-round, and it made by stainless steel. It has kinds of specifications, so that the customer could choose it based on the raw material and process.
 
Rotating device: The rotating device used for install screen panel, top cover, rotor and so on.Besides,the fine slurry discharged from the slurry outlet, and the light impurities discharged from the deslagging outlet.
