Culture paper pulp making process (set waste paper pulp as raw material):
Raw material → conveyor → high consistency haydrapulper → pulp pump → propeller → flotation deinking machine → high consistency desander → fiber separator → inclined screen → vibrating screen → high speed washing machine → low consistency desander → double disc refiner → pulp consistency controller → pressure screen → paper machine
Paper making machine types:
Toilet paper machine can produce toilet paper, tissue paper jumbo roll.
Culture paper machine can produce white paper jumbo roll, include A4, A3 paper, copy paper, printing paper, newspaper, offset paper.
Kraft paper machine can produce carton box paper, corrugated paper, craft paper, test liner paper, carton board paper, etc.
